Return Policy

We promise to refund any merchandise which you are not completely satisfied with. Just make sure your purchased merchandises in saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that after 14 days of receipt, we do not allow return request.

To request a return, log into your account and select "RETURN REQUEST" then follow the instruction. You will receive a “Confirmation for Return” e-mail shortly after we review your return request. We will either authorize or reject your return.

We suggest all return merchandises be sent back to us through a traceable carrier and most major carriers offer tracking information. With tracking information, we will guarantee your return merchandises will be processed without any delay.

Refund Methods:

Store Credit: After we receive your return merchandise(s), we will issue our store credits to your Scarf& account. Note: If you select “Store Credit”, we will give you the full credits (after any discounts we offered) without any charges.

Refund: After we receive your return merchandise(s), we will refund to your original payment. Note: If you select “Refund”, We will charge $0.50 per return merchandise for service fee.

For Guest Customer:

Currently, there is no Return Request function for guest customer. If you are a guest customer, please select “Contact Us” at the bottom of www.scarfand.com web page. Fill in the require information with your order number and let us know either you want store credit or refund to original payment.

If returns rejected:

Your return merchandise(s) do not meet Scarf& return policy. If you mailed reject return merchandise to us, we will mail back to you.

Currently, we do not cover any return shipping fees.
